Had an amazing experience with everyone at Energy, from Chris our sales person to Mitchell the owner and Ian and Robyn. The installers were also very professional and did quality work!I highly recommend their service!
Ian and his team were perfectionists when it came to measuring and suggesting the absolute best replacement windows for our home & our lifestyle, especiallyin the kitchen where we needed some additional advice. The attention to detail was very much appreciated and the final outcome was spectacular. Energy, Windows, Doors & More also fit my budget and worked very hard to make sure we were able to do the job without any "hidden" fees popping up after the fact.I highly recommend them for replacement windows and sliding glass doors.
I ordered several windows from them. They came in, reviewed everything, lay down protective covers and went to work. A few hours later I had beautiful new and energy efficient windows installed. The price was the best that I’ve come across and the installers were professional and courteous. I’ll definitely be making recommendations.
Installation team was excellent. One of the installers has 35 years of experience so I knew I was in good hands immediately when they arrived…on time, with 20 windows that all fit and were to spec and measurement. Window quality seems great. House looks instantly newer and more upscale. Windows (Majestic) slide very nicely and have a safety latch to prevent kids from opening them too far. Salesperson picked up whenever I called and answered questions without fail leading up to the install. I’ll call Energy again when I’m ready to replace 3 doors and won’t bother shopping around.
UPDATE: Yesterday, 11/10, they did arrive by 9am (an hour earlier than scheduled). The work did get done. We were refunded a portion of what we put out for the hotel room and kennel services used the week before. I would suggest smoking breaks away from our wide open windows and to keep the conversation professional.We will update this review if and when our new windows are finally installed. This process started with our research of this company and then on 5/25/21 (5 months ago) signed a contract that stated 10-12 weeks delivery. They took our $3.5k deposit and we waited. 12 weeks came and went so we called to find out the status of the windows. The woman that answered the phone was abrupt and rude and told us to “learn to read” the contract and that 10-12 weeks didn’t include weekends/holidays. Ultimately, she hung up the phone when we tried to get anymore definitive information. All we knew then was that i stall action would be either November or December. When we got the date of 11/2, we were supposed to be on vacation and this was short notice, but we were told that the next possible date would be January. That’s 5 mos from the contract date. We were told that the crew would arrive early in the morning so we made overnight kennel arrangements for our dogs and a hotel stay for our sickly daughter. We were ready with cashier check in hand. This morning came and no installers came; not even a call to postpone. We had to call their office just to be hung up on again by the unprofessional woman that answers their phone. Rob did call back, apologetic as usual, but with no reschedule date to be shared.Once again, I will update my review if and when we get some satisfaction from our $3.5k investment.Needless to say, Rob, you need a new receptionist to say the least.
